Jill Ogle | Shadow Work

You can see the pattern. But you can't seem to shift it.

You’ve done the meditation. The therapy. The breathwork. The plant medicine. The mindset work. You’re not the problem. The approach is.

You’ve done the inner work. Maybe for years. Maybe even decades.

You’ve sat in meditation. Done the inner child work. Tried to regulate your nervous system. Seen the therapist. Sat in ceremony. And you know more about yourself than most people ever will.

And still.

The same relationship dynamic. The same self-sabotage. The same version of you in a new situation.

That private shame, of knowing better but not doing better, is real. And it’s not your fault.

The tools weren’t wrong. They just weren’t reaching the level where the pattern actually lives.

Why understanding your pattern isn't the same as collapsing it

Most personal development works at the level of belief. Identify the limiting belief, reframe it, repeat the new one. That’s not nothing. But it’s downstream.

The pattern keeps running because it’s not a belief problem. It’s a perception problem. Before conscious thought gets involved, your nervous system and your identity are already interpreting reality through the lens of every unresolved emotional event you’ve ever had. Predicting. Protecting. Running the same sequence they’ve always run.

You cannot think your way out of something your system is still treating as unfinished.

NeuroCognitive Rebalancing™ goes underneath the belief layer. To the identity that formed it, the perception that sustains it, and the incomplete emotional event that’s still running in the background. When those collapse, the pattern doesn’t need to be managed. It’s no longer there to manage.

This is the difference between people who spend years talking about their healing and people who wake up one day and realise the old version of them is genuinely gone.

The precision of this work doesn't exclude the miraculous.
It's what makes it possible.

What this looks like in practice

One client had a fractured relationship with his brother. Years of feeling dismissed, unseen, like his opinion didn’t matter. He’d tried to work on it. Talked about it. Understood it intellectually.

In one session, we found what he couldn’t see. The times his brother had actually welcomed his input. His brain had been filtering that out entirely, because the pattern said it wasn’t possible. We collapsed the incomplete perception.

He didn’t go to his brother and ask him to change. He didn’t have a difficult conversation or cut him off.

A few weeks later his brother called, out of nowhere, to ask for his opinion. Then called again to say he loved him.

That’s not a coincidence. That’s what happens when the pattern underneath the dynamic dissolves.

The external world reorganises when the internal one does.

Not sure where to start?

The quiz will show you which unconscious pattern is most likely running your results right now. In your relationships, your health, your work, or all three.

It takes three minutes. The results might take longer to sit with.

What clients say after doing this work…

Beyond the Light: Meeting the Shadow Within

Most personal development books will tell you to think better, feel better, be better.

This one goes underneath all of that.

Beyond the Light is for the person who has done the work, read the books, sat with the teachers, and is still looping. It’s not about adding more tools. It’s about finding what none of the other tools reached.

If you’re tired of performing your healing, this is where you start.

Meet Jill

I spent years doing everything I was supposed to do. The meditations. The therapy. The inner child work. The retreats.

And I kept looping.

I’ve been through things that should have broken me. Some of them tried. And I spent a long time looking for something that would actually reach the root of it, not just make it easier to carry.

I know what it’s like to understand yourself completely and still not be able to stop the pattern. That’s exactly why I built something that goes deeper than understanding.

That’s what led me to develop NeuroCognitive Rebalancing™. A methodology that works at the level of perception and identity, not just belief and behaviour. Not managing the pattern. Collapsing it.

I’ve worked alongside Dr Joe Dispenza as a facilitator, and my work has been featured in NBC, the Los Angeles Times, Elephant Journal, and Medium.

The people who do this work don’t just feel better. They stop repeating.

FAQ

Is this therapy?

No. This isn’t therapy and it doesn’t replace it. Therapy is valuable but it works primarily through talking and understanding. This work goes underneath understanding to the perception and identity level where the pattern actually lives.

I've already tried so many things. Why would this be different?

Because most approaches work on the symptom. The pattern keeps repeating because something underneath it is still unresolved. This work finds what that is and collapses it, rather than teaching you to manage it better.

How long does it take to see results?

Some people notice shifts within a single session. Rudi came off prescription pain medication within three months. Sarah made her first $5,000 in a new career within 12 weeks. It depends on what you’re working on, but this isn’t a years-long process.

Do I need to have done personal development work before?

No. But most people who find this work have already done a significant amount. If you’re here, you’re probably ready.

Where do I start?

Take the quiz. It takes three minutes and will show you which pattern is most likely running your results right now.

Who have you worked with?

I’ve worked with thousands of people across Australia, the US, the UK, Europe, and beyond. My clients include everyday people, entrepreneurs, executives, and practitioners, all with one thing in common. They’d done the work and were still looping….now they’re not.

Jill Ogle is a shadow work coach working with clients across Australia and internationally. Her work supports people who have tried meditation, the law of attraction, Tony Robbins, Joe Dispenza, John Demartini, and other personal development approaches and are still experiencing repeating emotional patterns, relationship cycles, and self-sabotage.

If you’ve been doing the inner work for years and feel like something is still missing, you’re not alone. Spiritual burnout and healing fatigue are common experiences for people deep in personal development who haven’t yet addressed the unconscious patterns driving their behaviour.

Jill’s approach goes beyond mindset and nervous system regulation to address the root cause of why patterns repeat. This work supports people navigating mental health challenges, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and the frustrating gap between insight and real change.

If you’ve been searching for a shadow work coach, trauma-informed support, or wondering why personal development isn’t working for you, you’re in the right place
